Our client is an offshore Law Firm that is growing and looking to expand its Technology Teams via a new office in the UK. It is an exciting time to join, as they are at the beginning of a significant Programme of work which involves a technology refresh right across the business. This includes core technology such as their Practice Management System but also new and upgraded systems right across the Microsoft Stack.
Purpose:
To provide first and second level technology support to internal staff, to respond to staff requests for technology service of all kinds, and a range of administration duties to assist with the smooth running of all technology systems.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Able to evidence a keen interest in technology and new technology is preferred, and higher education experience of technology would be an advantage Some knowledge of the systems listed below would be beneficial:
- Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office & Teams
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- iManage Work DMS
- Mimecast
Salary:
- c£30,000 per annum (plus excellent benefits)
- 35 hours per week
