Service Desk Analyst - Up to £30k! - Leading Law Firm!
Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit a talented and professional Service Desk Analyst to join one of our leading, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their Southampton office. The main objective of the role will be to be the first point of contact for all relevant technology issues and queries, and to provide first class customer service to all staff within the firm.
The general duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Providing appropriate IT support when required. Ensure all requests are logged and managed accordingly. Troubleshoot technology related issues, both software and hardware. Be aware of cyber-security concerns. Support the role out of new applications and infrastructure. Applicants for the role must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, and a background in customer services is preferred although not essential.
