Service Desk Analyst X4

As part of a high performing team to provide an efficient, friendly and responsive service to internal and external customers.

To receive and respond to requests for support by following documented procedures, providing information to enable resolution or promptly allocating unresolved calls as appropriate.

To maintain accurate records of actions taken.

First Line support for the whole organisation including supporting staff, board committee members and external suppliers

The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

What you’ll need

• Experience of working within an IT Service Desk
• An understanding and be able to navigate Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Customer Service or similar role
• Experience of using computer in a business context
• Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)
