Service Development Manager Learning Disabilities Northwest
I am reaching out as we are looking for a Service Development Manager for a well renowned charity that provides care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and complex needs across the North West.
Summary:
Working remotely, they are looking for someone that has experience of developing new services and identifying opportunities for growth. The role will involve liaising with commissioners, local authorities and other key stakeholders; supporting the bid team; mobilisation of resources to meet specified deadlines, and ensure the safe launch.
Job Duties:
Leading the development and rollout of services across the organisation
Developing business cases for Service Development and improvements where identified, responding to unmet needs
Ensuring that families, the service support and all key stakeholders are involved in Service Development where possible.
Meeting the financial objectives as set by the board.
Salary:
54,107 (per annum)
