Goodman Masson are partnered with a leading London University who are recruiting for a Service Management Specialiston a permanent basis. This is a newly established position within a busy team and is a great opportunity to build on your curent Service Management experience.
Salary: Up to £42k per annum depending on experience
Location: Mainly remote with an expectation to be onsite in London roughly once per week
The successful Service Management Specialist will:
- Look at major incidents and suggest improvements
- Document current processes
- Monitor escalation of incidents and service requests
- Assist with the implementation and development of Service Management processes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and create engagement materials
The successful Service Management Specialistwill have:
- A Service Desk / IT Support background
- Proven exposure to Service Management and/or Problem/Incident Management
- ITIL framework understanding
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn
