Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Facilities and Property Management Service, ensuring the continuous development and delivery of quality support, in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Facilities & Property Management Plan and the Community Plan.

Responsibilities
This is a full time permanent post. The admin base for the post is The Opera House, Kilmarnock.
The hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 0900 - 1700 and Friday 0900 - 1600.
The salary for this post is £24,734 - £25,953 per annum
The work style for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.
