The Service Transition Manager will be working on a new Software Application that will help this Energy client make business processes easier. You will be responsible for the end to end transition of the new service to prepare the relevant IT and Business areas to ensure their readiness for day 1 activities. Responsible for documenting a new Operational Mode and associated RACI Matrix, with support from the Business and IT Stakeholders, gaining agreement and communicating this to Wider Stakeholders around their roles and responsibilities. Ensuring effective management and engagement of Stakeholders impacted by the new service and ensuring their roles and responsibilities are fully understood, agreed and documented into the new ways of working. To name a few of the activities.
You will have experience working within a End to End Service Transition. Be able to work with business and IT Stakeholders to organise key events throughout the Transition. Excellent knowledge and experience in transitioning new IT applications from Project to Live and the Governance surrounding that. Must be well organised
You may have ITIL Certifications and have experience of working with ServiceNow
