Are you a ServiceNow Administrator with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our client's ServiceNow Managed Services delivery on a permanent basis.
As the ServiceNow Environment Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage changes and maintain control of on-premises ServiceNow environments.
• Lead a dedicated team in providing top-notch support, enhancements, and managed services.
• Collaborate closely with clients, aligning services with their evolving business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring stability, performance, and security of ServiceNow instances.
• Plan and coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep environments up to date.
• Guide clients in implementing best practices and actively lead project team members.

Release Management:

• Manage updates between instances, ensuring correct synchronization.
• Handle backlog management and maintain environment access for development teams.
• Create and update support documentation.
