Shipping Administrator

Shipping Administrator – North West London - £30k - £35k + excellent benefits
Our client is a well-established company providing nutritional healthcare products, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for a Shipping Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Producing and checking essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers, including customs documentation.
* Updating and maintaining accurate shipping information.
* Responsible for the input of export customs entries in SAP (training will be provided).
* Providing liaison between the company, Road / Air / Sea Carrier and HMRC.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Administrative duties as and when required.
Required Skills:
* 2-3 years of experience within a similar position.
* Good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
* Good computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
