The Short Courses Operations Manager is a key role in a small, dynamic team. The role is responsible for the smooth operating of RADA’s Short Courses and will oversee scheduling, timetabling and resource management, including financial administration and planning. In delivering an outstanding level of customer service to participants, and ensuring tutors are supported for the delivery of their sessions, the role will ensure that RADA Short Courses are delivered to consistently high standard.
