- General administration to ensure documentation is up to date, available and accessible by the project team.
- Work along side site team to complete, reconcile and issue audits.
- Monitor and update trackers and programmes to present progress.
- Record and report against labour resource.
- Coordinate and organise both Watkins and site inductions and ensure documentation is completed prior. This may include using client booking systems.
- Monitor and update document trackers based on information available.
- Navigate and manage document / drawing issues on various web based platforms.
- Minuting of various site meetings.
- Liaise with head office and other sites.
- Support the HSEQ team to ensure various documentation is provided, updated and available.
- Coordinate and organise inductions and ensure documentation is completed prior. This may include using client booking systems.
