Site Agent Civils

Hays Civil Engineering are working alongside this Regional Civil Engineering Contractor in recruiting for a Civils Site Agent to join their team in the North West

Reporting into the Contracts Manager you will be joining their experienced Operations team in working on Civils projects across the region

Typical project values are from 500k - £5m, and with record turnover in the pipeline for next year, you'll be supporting the growth of the business

To be considered for this role, you will have an Earthworks background, and have a fantastic scope of knowledge with all-round Groundworks experience

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

* Pre-construction works, incl Construction Phase Planning
* Programming works, alongside the Contracts Manager
* Preparing RAMS
* Managing all subcontractors on site
* Management of H&S on site
* Completing site documentation
* Supporting with Commercial activities, and having Commercial experience
* Driving the programme to achieve project completion
* You must be computer literate and be proficient with MS

Sites are based across the North West so you must be flexible on travel
