The Site Inspector will be responsible for:
- Conducting façade and internal fire safety investigations and fire risk assessments.
- Preparing detailed technical reports with photographs using agreed templates.
- Performing inspections at key construction stages and documenting findings.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and products for compliance with building regulations.
- Attending site and project team meetings as necessary.
The Site Inspector will have:
- Extensive experience in buildings and construction, particularly with tall residential buildings.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 6 in site inspection or a construction diploma/degree (HND).
- Membership with CIOB, CABE, ICWCI, or MIFireE.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
