Site Management Coordinator - 6 months - Hereford 5 days per week on-site - GBP193 per day (inside IR35)
Duties
The Site Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the contractor management process and will lead all aspects of and control site risk assessments and method statements.
You'll be the first point of contact for inductions, permit compliance and be responsible for writing low risk non permittable documentation.
You'll drive the risk compliance agenda across the site to ensure improved site performance.
You'll be responsible for ensuring zero additional costs to site through non-compliance, and sourcing the most financially viable options when identifying suppliers of materials/training.
You'll play a key role in supporting the leadership team as required, with the compliance agenda to ensure we're delivering against site vision and mission.
Health and safety compliance is key and you'll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other goals and targets including reviewing, actioning and closing out governance checks.
You'll be the key person on site for auditory compliance, collaborating closely with the auditor and other internal or external partners.

Education
NEBOSH/IOSH Managing Safely (or willing to complete). Understanding or experience in Food Safety (HACCP). Experience of Quality Management Systems
