SalaryAcorn by Synergie is looking for a Site Manager for 3 months work on a residential project in Nailsea, North Somerset.
This role would involve working under a site PM on a large housing site.
The start is next Monday (the 29th of April)
Requirements:
- SMSTS, First aid, CSCS
- Proven track record on residential construction projects.
Duties:
- Management of subcontractors.
- Oversight of build program and budget.
- Site meetings with line manager.
- Maintain site paperwork.
- Overall responsibility of health and safety.
- Management of materials and labour.
- Site level problem solving and provide solutions.
The pay rate will be £250 per day payable as CIS
