Site Manager

Responsibilities: As a Site Manager for the Care Home Extension Scheme, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the project. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Leading and motivating on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality work.
• Monitoring and enforcing strict health and safety standards and quality control measures.
• Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with building regulations and specifications.
• Identifying and resolving any challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
