Site Manager – Architectural Metalwork

LOCATION: London

PERMANENT: Up to £55,000 + Package

A top-tier Architectural Metalwork specialist is currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee high-profile Architectural Metalwork projects throughout London.

Duties:

• Oversee, direct, and coordinate day-to-day site activities performed by the company and its subcontractors, with a focus on health and safety, planning, programming, and coordination with off-site activities.
• Manage and control on-site operations for both in-house and subcontracted activities.
• Monitor, record, and document daily site activities, including compiling site progress reports

Knowledge & Experience:

• Proficient understanding of steel construction methods and practices in a management capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning and programming steelwork, balconies, metalwork, and associated installations.
• Proven track record in producing risk assessments, method statements, and relevant site documentation.

Key Qualifications:

• CSCS Gold/Black/Platinum certification in site management.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Expertise in Architectural Metalwork, balconies, stairs, etc.
