SalarySite Manager - Structural Steel - Appointed Person

£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance
Information on the role
- Manage sites from set-up to handover and evaluation
- Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
- Track and report at weekly client update meetings
- Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
- Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
- Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
- Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
What we’d like from you
- Previous Structural Steel Knowledge & Experience
- BLACK CSCS Card & Degree or NVQ Level 6
- SMSTS
- CPCS Appointed Person Certificate
- New Build, Refurbishment, Extensions, Maintenance & Improvement works
- Degree or HND in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related subject
- Experience with CDM Regulations
- Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
- Full driving license
- Commercially aware
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
