Sixth Form Study Room Supervisor
APTEC Scale: 3 – 6 depending on experience.
Hours: 8.15 am to 4.15 pm, Monday–Friday.
Contract: Term Time plus one week
Salary: £26,238 - £27,438 per annum pro rota = £23,457 - £24,529 pa
Start date: As soon as possible
PolyMAT is a small and ambitious MAT with a unique family feel that is seeking a Sixth Form Study Room Supervisor. Our vision is ‘Success for Everyone’ and the successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that this vision is fulfilled.
We currently have three schools in our Trust: Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys, a long-successful boys’ school, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls that opened in 2019, and Bannockburn Primary School, a large successful primary that joined the Trust on 1st November 2023. We also have our flourishing Sixth Form provision which is co-educational. Our Trust and our schools pride themselves on a culture of high standards delivered through our Values of Care and Unity. An exciting opportunity has become available at for a caring and poised individual to join our outstanding Sixth Form team as a Sixth Form Study Room Supervisor. The ideal applicant will have the ability to work with students, be proactive, confident in their approach and a supportive individual to ensure the student study area is monitored and maintained to the high standards and expectations of our Sixth Form.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to supervise and support our Sixth Formers during their time at The Poly. The candidate will have a good standard of literacy and numeracy. Whilst previous experience is not essential, we are keen to recruit someone who has experience in this role and will be confident, supportive and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
