We solve the three most critical challenges facing Web3 gaming: infrastructure, distribution and sustained player engagement. We do this through a modular set of core Web3 primitives that take any game from zero to market.

Your role
As the Social Media Lead for this stealth project, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement for a video
game. Your role involves crafting compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with
target audiences, coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms,
Social Media, influencers, as well as organizing events and promotions to maximize player
acquisition and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including game
developers, community managers, and external partners to ensure alignment on brand
messaging and goals, while leveraging data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact in a highly competitive gaming industry
landscape.
Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned
with the company's goals and objectives for the game release. Define target audience
segments, positioning, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
success.Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing
campaigns across digital, Social Media, influencer partnerships, events, and other relevant platforms. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's
brand identity across all marketing channels. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual
assets, and brand voice to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.Product Launches: Lead the marketing efforts for product launches, including pre-
launch teasers, trailers, gameplay reveals, and post-launch support. Collaborate with
product development teams to understand key selling points and unique features to
highlight in marketing materials.Community Engagement: Foster a strong relationship with the gaming community
through Social Media engagement, forums, live streams, and other community platforms.
Develop initiatives to grow and nurture the community, encourage user-generated
content, and address player feedback and concerns.Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to
maximize ROI across various marketing channels. Monitor campaign performance and
adjust spending as needed to optimize results and achieve marketing objectives.Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketers,
providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel in their roles. Foster a
collaborative and innovative team culture focused on creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Your craft
Proven experience in marketing roles within the video game industry, with a successful track record of launching and promoting games across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, Social Media platforms, and
emerging trends in the gaming industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that
resonate with target audiences.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and project management software.
Passion for video games and a deep understanding of gamer culture and
preferences.
