Exciting Opportunity in Arbroath: Shape the Future of Family Placement Resources!
We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people supported by Angus Council.
With our flexible and agile working practices, you will have the freedom to work from various locations, including council buildings throughout Angus and from the comfort of your own home. This flexibility allows you to tailor your work commitments to suit your needs, providing a level of autonomy rarely found in other roles.

To excel in this role, you will need a solid understanding of relevant guidance and legislation in the field of family placement. Your knowledge will enable you to identify the challenges faced by children who have experienced trauma and select alternative community-based carers who possess the qualities needed to meet their specific needs.
Effective communication and assessment skills will be essential as you work collaboratively within our team. Your commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children will be the driving force behind your work, making a tangible difference in their lives.
