Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Soft and Hard Services Lead include:- Managing soft services contractors, for example cleaners, security
- Managing Hard Services contractors, for example engineers
- Managing and being the "middle man" for the facilities, estates, admin and PA teams.
- Organising purchase orders
- Stakeholder liaison
- Audits
- Risk assessments and health and safety
- Compliance
- Document and Reporting
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate has:
- Commercial facilities experience
- Great communication skills
- Ideally has worked in a hospitality or hotel environment as interpersonal skills are highly required.
