Location: Stevenage
Salary: Up to £65,000
Package includes:
- A bonus of up to 21% of base salary
- Pension of maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%

Hybrid work pattern - Typically for this role, you will work 2-3 days per week on-site, on average.

The Software Quality Assurance Manager Opportunity
- Managing the small UK national SW Quality Assurance team to ensure the required level of Quality support to the Quality Assurance programmes
- Managing the national workload to ensure that this required level of support is adequately funded
- Working with the Head of Product Assurance SW Engineering, to ensure that the team has the skills and capabilities needed to provide Quality Assurance to the Quality Assurance Engineering Directorate
- Consolidate functional and project risks and issues from the national Quality Assurance Engineering team and provide feedback
- Being actively involved in ISO9000 and AS9100 assessments and in internal quality audit activities
Software Quality Assurance Manager Lead skills and experience required
- You are an experienced Quality Assurance / Engineering professional with a good understanding of systems and software development practices
- You have experience managing a skilled and integrated team
- Candidates do not need to have a Defence background. We welcome applicants from the Automotive, Aviation, and Manufacturing sectors
- You have a collaborative but objective approach
