Solutions Manager

The Role

The Solutions Manager is instrumental in independently analysing warehouse flow data, designing tailored solutions, and engaging with clients to present compelling propositions. They oversee the end-to-end solution lifecycle, ensuring accurate costing, profitability, and a focus on exceeding client expectations. With a strategic approach, the Solutions Manager takes ownership of the solution process, manages inquiries efficiently, and maintains strong client relationships. Working closely with the BDM Team to deliver a compelling proposal with clear commercial positioning.

Skills and Experience

• Ideally a degree or equivalent.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Experience in the design of warehouse solutions.
• Project management and implementation experience.
• Analytical experience.
• Logistics/Supply Chain expertise.
• Cross-sector experience.
• Commercially astute.
• Working to tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project.
• CRM and reporting
• Computer-aided design (AutoCAD) or similar
• Warehouse operational understanding.
• Able to work independently with minimal input from line managers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible approach to work times and locations.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to communicate effectively with a diplomatic approach.
