About the role
This is a great opportunity to join Domino at a time of continued growth. We are recruiting for Group Solutions analysts to support ongoing upgrades to our Billing and ERP Platforms.
In this role you be part of an existing experienced team that partner with colleagues across the Domino Group to document business requirements, work with support partners and deliver fixes and enhancements to our key business systems.
The role is a hybrid role and will support working from home but will require the ability to attend in person sessions in our Cambridge Office and may involve travel to other locations.
Key to this role is being driven to deliver quality innovative solutions that improve and enhance our processes that will support a great customer experience for our internal and external partners.
This role will run in parallel to our Novus transformation project, our move to Oracle Cloud and depending on your success in the Group Solutions Analyst role there may be the opportunity to work on this parallel programme.

We would love to hear from you if you have a background in supporting Oracle EBS and Chargbee Billing platforms in either a support or project deployment capacity. You can come from a functional or technical background but what is key for the role are the following;

• 5+ Years in Supporting ERP and Billing Platforms - Particular experience in Chargbee and Oracle EBS 11.5 would be a plus.
• Experience of supporting EBS/Billing Platforms in a manufacturing environment - ideally a global manufacturer.
• Experience of Subscription billing mechanisms.
• Strong Communication Skills - Be able to actively participate and communicate with stakeholders across the globe respecting cultural differences.
• Analytical Thinker - Ability to understand business requirements and convert these to techno functional documents that will support delivery of key processes and ongoing upgrades.
• Emphasis on Quality - Strive to deliver world class solutions to support business needs.
• Responsive - Be willing to go the extra mile to deliver to time constraints.
