SalaryThe Mary Mount Hotel (Borrowdale) is a thriving country house hotel with 30 bedrooms and a healthy lunch and evening trade. We serve a mix of pub classics, bistro and restaurant dishes to appeal to the varied tastes of both locals and tourists.
Due to increasing trade a position has become available as Sous Chef to join the existing experienced team. This can be a live in position if required. The salary will depend on experience, but will be very competitive in the present market.
We have 5 successful establishments in the local area with a team of chefs supporting each other. We are looking for another team player who may work at either the Mary Mount Hotel, the Ravenstone Manor and Lodge or The Ruddings Hotel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
