South Indian Chef

The Tamil Crown is the latest venture from the team behind The Tamil Prince, chef Prince Durairaj & Glen Leeson. The Tamil Crown aligns the classic British pub with the food of Tamil Nadu in southern India. The menu is a mix of small & large plates designed to be shared. The bar serves a selection of British & Indian beers with a cocktail list created by Three Sheets bar in Dalston featuring flavours from southern India.

We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced South Indian Chef.

Duties include:

• Preparation of dough for atta, naan, roti
• Provide fresh high-quality food
• Create and cost new dishes;
• Prepare dishes to order;
• Comply with relevant health and safety guidelines.

You will be reliable, work well under pressure & enjoy being part of a team.

All applicants must have 3 years experience with references.

Applicants must be able to confirm their right to work in the UK.

We will consider sponsoring applicants on a Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa, provided that they can supply all relevant documents.

£38,700 pa Salary.

28 days holiday.
