Description
The SOX & Audit Manager will be responsible for;
- Overseeing and managing SOX compliance activities across the organisation.
- Perform regular internal audits and prepare detailed audit reports.
- Enhance financial procedures and establish best practices for financial reporting.
- Ensure all company financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Train and mentor junior team members in SOX compliance and audit procedures.
- Work collaboratively with department heads to improve financial efficiency.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
- Develop action plans for resolving any identified issues.
Profile
A successful SOX & Audit Manager should have:
- A formal accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience in a SOX compliance and audit management role.
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal audit procedures, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Job Offer
