Your new role
Asan Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for taking anactive role in all areas of an audit from planning through to completion. Yourday-to-day duties will include assisting and being heavily involved inmanagement of audits, completing tricky and complex areas of fieldwork as wellas helping to finalising concluding reports. You will also partake in thepreparation of accounts, working with clients across the board in a diverserange of sectors, with varying turnovers. Additionally, you will get involvedwith the coaching of juniors, reviewing and supporting their audit/accountswork whilst providing valuable insights to clients. Alongside carrying out thishigh-quality audit work, you will receive continuous support throughout yourrole, reporting into managers surrounding your progress and audit work.
What you'll need to succeed
Thisorganisation is seeking a professional Assistant Manager with extensiveexperience working in practice, carrying out high-quality Audit and Accountswork. Experience in all three aspects of an Audit and exposure to coachingjunior members will allow you to be successful in this job role. You will beACA/ ACCA qualified or part-qualified. The organisation is looking for anindividual with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills with a strongcommitment to providing professional excellence to help you to build strongclient relationships, as well as good analytical review skills. The idealcandidate will be willing to learn and expand upon their own skillset as anAudit and Accounts professional.
