Sponsorship Sales Manager - Energy
London / Hybrid
35k Base, Uncapped 45-60k OTE + Executive Benefits
As a leading provider of intelligence, insights, and information focused on sustainability and green investments, our growing client delivers well-received flagship events. Due to business growth, they now have an immediate opening for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a high-performing team based in SE1.
The Sponsorship Sales Manager will:
* Drive new sponsorship and stand revenue for a large event
* Sell exhibition stand space
* Deliver independent research to identify potential sponsors
* Develop and maintain a database of existing and potential sponsors and exhibitors
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
* Perform key account management
* Deepen client relationships
* Review, forecast, and report on pipeline
* Deliver 121s and manage team growth
Sponsorship Sales Manager applicant will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:
* Degree-educated a passion for sales
* 2+ years B2B sales experience (media or sponsorship preferred)
* A record of sales achievement
* Intelligence and articulation
* A keen interest in the energy sector
* A structured approach and solid time management
* Motivation
* Commercial mindset with business acumen
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Highly analytical
* Marketing experience (content generation, campaign management)
The successful Sponsorship Sales Manager will be offered:
* A base salary circa 35k
