Responsibilities
- Deploy structured approach to ensure that financial analysis, performance related reporting and relevant financial and / or non-financial information are provided accurately and as per timelines to enable appropriate management decisions
- Provide input to the Controlling strategy including budgeting, financial planning and financial strategies considering functional objectives, Group guidelines and standards, accounting principles and regulations
- Lead Controlling activities and initiatives including budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning with significant impact on overall results and/ or significant business risk potential and provide recommendations to senior management
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Controlling
- Evaluate and advise on ongoing and future business activities with regard to profitability and financial risk
- Coordinate creation, review and follow-up on investments and business cases
- Significantly improve existing Controlling processes, systems, techniques and methods; develop and lead implementation of new ones that reflect best practices and work across multiple business areas and countries for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency, e.g. through digitalization and automation
- Support innovation that influences the way the business operates and its profitability
- Where applicable (e.g. for ESG Controlling), ensure building up reporting processes, collection of data and definition of KPI

Requirements
- Education level : Bachelors Degree
- Experience level : more than 10 years in FP&A
- Fluent in english communication
- Adavnce skillset in MS office(Excel, Powerpoint)
- Skiled and experienced in people managing/coaching.
- Strong background in accounting and business planning.
