The Sr. NR Region Finance Manager is an integral role focused on providing financial leadership & strategic partnerships, enabling effective decision making and driving sustainable growth for the organization. This role is at the heart of the interaction between our Field Sales, Region Key Account team and Finance organization.

- Lead our Region Annual Operating Plan development process down to Zone by collaborating with key stakeholders (managing the overall critical path, target builds, gaining alignment from senior leadership and presentations)
- Support the translation of national priorities into Region execution fundamentals
- Provide Strategic direction for Region Account CMA negotiations and collaborate with Sales Strat to set Small Format Promo calendar; in-year Trade Allowance approval, year-end accrual sign off and process management
- Identify & understand key business drivers, track performance against key measures & manage Region risks & opportunities; bring forward fact-based insights and action plans to close gaps and align stakeholders
- Provide regular business reviews to communicate the state of the business to the Region Leadership Team (RLT)
- Lead Region forecast development and align with Supply Chain, Demand Planning and FP&A team; Leverage the forecast process to achieve business objectives
- Lead & develop Region Finance team focusing on achieving excellence in Short Term, Long Term & personal growth objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. Ideal candidate will have an accounting designation (CMA/CA/CPA) or a MBA.
- Experience in CPG industry preferred
- 5+ years of financial analytical and planning experience with proven results
- Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, & financial modeling skills are key requirements; previous Business Objects, SAP and Mosaic experience an asset
