The role of the Staff Development Administrator is to carry out accurate and timely administration for all matters relating to the Staff Development Office, thereby contributing to the Academy’s aims and objectives as set out in the Academy Development Plan. Also carrying out other tasks for the whole Academy.
The post holder is to assist in the administration of Staff Development activities relating to School Experience Programmes (SEP), Initial Teacher Training (ITT), Early Careers Teachers (ECTs), CPD and training for Teaching Staff and Support Staff including Health & Safety.
The Staff Development Administrator is required to contribute to the Staff Development Plan, and to the subsequent self-evaluations, in consultation with the Staff Development Manager and relevant members of the Leadership Team.
