We have registered a fantastic role with our phenomenal client. Starting in a couple of weeks, this assignment is likely to be ongoing for a few months.
This welcoming and knowledgeable team are seeking a candidate to support them as a Temporary Development Office Administrator. The successful individual will be critical in ensuring the department is able to meet its fundraising goals by assisting with a range of administrative tasks.
This is an office-based role, so you must be able to access the city centre on a daily basis. There will also be a requirement to assist occasionally at the weekend when there are meetings booked.
Please note, this is a full time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

- Responding to queries
- Maintaining the database; ensuring donations are correctly coded and recorded
- Processing direct debits and reconciliations
- Preparing thank you letters
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Supporting with events coordination
- Assisting with the production of newletters
- Sourcing artwork and merchandise
- Carrying out general administration duties

- Previous experience gained within development or fundraising administration
- Proven knowledge of databases, ideally DARS
- Happy to work full time in the office and assist at weekends when needed
- Able to act on own initiative
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to manage conflicting priorities
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional written English
