Description
A Standalone Head of HR to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Manage the full employee lifecycle with administrative support
- Lead on an overall improvements
- Drive the HR strategy and ensure it's aligned to the wider organisational strategy
- Drive cultural change
- Lead on any projects and implementation of initiatives
- A role to mould into your own and drive what is necessary
- Additional responsibilities to be discussed
Profile
A Standalone Head of HR with:
- Previous standalone experience
- Experience of managing the full employee lifecycle as well as leading on strategic project
- Previous not-for-profit or public sector experience essential
- CIPD qualified
Job Offer
Permanent Standalone Head of HR
Based in London with hybrid working
£60-70,000 per annum
