Description

A Standalone Head of HR to:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Manage the full employee lifecycle with administrative support
• Lead on an overall improvements
• Drive the HR strategy and ensure it's aligned to the wider organisational strategy
• Drive cultural change
• Lead on any projects and implementation of initiatives
• A role to mould into your own and drive what is necessary
• Additional responsibilities to be discussed

Profile

A Standalone Head of HR with:

• Previous standalone experience
• Experience of managing the full employee lifecycle as well as leading on strategic project
• Previous not-for-profit or public sector experience essential
• CIPD qualified

Job Offer

Permanent Standalone Head of HR

Based in London with hybrid working

£60-70,000 per annum
