Static Data Analyst - sought by investment bank based in London - Contract - Hybrid

inside IR35 - PAYE only

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality reference data across London Branch and European Office systems in conjunction with AML/KYC Client documentation verification
• Accurately Register New Customers and related Product, Settlement & Regulatory specific attributes across all related systems
• Accurately monitor and carry out reference data instructions from incoming workflows in accordance with agreed SLA's
• Accurately maintain and approve Standard Settlement Instructions across FX/MM Derivative Products
• Control updates of Internal Trading Limits and Base/Fixing rates across Branches
• Build collaborative relationships and business understanding with Internal Clients in order to initiate and implement improvements to existing processes
• Support the Data admin and Cash management Teams with Project and adhoc tasks within Shared Services
• Fircosoft monitoring

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Customer-centric career experience
• Demonstrable ability to innovate, support change and problem solve
• Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance
• High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation
