They are at a critical point in their development, following the launch of a new 5-year strategy, They aim to transform the lives of everyone affected by mental illness.

What you'll be doing:
The Strategic Project Manager will play a key role in driving this organisation's strategic initiatives, working directly under the guidance of the CEO. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to mental health research and make a lasting impact.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the CEO on projects involving Partnerships, Governance, Research, and Infrastructure.
- Synthesising information to produce effective briefing documents and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Managing multiple projects, that sit across the organisation and require significant input from the CEO, ensuring timely progress and quality outcomes.
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, enhancing this organisation's mission in mental health research.
- Demonstrating flexibility and collaboration skills in managing new initiatives and consortium partnerships in their start-up phase.
- Preparing to represent the CEO in project roles, both internally and externally, aligning with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Liaising with HNWI, Board members and senior academics on the CEO’s behalf.
- Working across teams to support organisational outputs.
What skills you'll have:
You will need to be an experienced Project Manager, who works with energy and pace. You must have a proven track record of driving and delivering strategic initiatives. You will have a strong knowledge of Partnerships, Governance, Research, and Infrastructure. You'll also need to be self-sufficient and have excellent communication skills.
