As a Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant, you will design methodologies to identify and develop high-potential talent, bridging organisational gaps and enhancing our capabilities. Working closely with our leadership teams, your strategic input will drive our future talent planning, directly supporting our Anti-Racism, EDI, and Social Purpose strategies.

About you
You will bring a blend of strategic vision and practical expertise to the role, ideally with a background in Organisational Development or Strategic Development in higher education or a related sector.
A strong grasp of diversity and inclusion principles is essential, as is the ability to integrate these values into all strategic recommendations.
Your professional approach should be informed by a CIPD accreditation or equivalent, paired with a proven track record in leading HR or OD strategies.
