What we’re looking for:
- Do you have prior or current experience in policy Strategy and/or development?
- Do you have proven data analysis experience? Particularly in performance measures to inform evidence-based strategy development?
- Are you an experienced researcher with the ability to design and undertaking qualitive research?
- Have you been responsible in report writing for senior leadership and board?
- Are you an excellent communicator? Comfortable in effectively managing stakeholder relationships, interacting with senior leadership teams and all levels of the business with ease?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Strategy and Policy Advisor on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a Strategy and Policy Advisor, you will support corporate strategy development within Peabody and management of internal policies. You’ll also help with management of the policy framework and supporting the business where necessary, developing a good understanding of business needs and challenges to help Peabody effectively operationalise the corporate strategy, providing advice and guidance to colleagues on best practice. Some of the key results for the role include:
- Facilitating workshops with colleagues and residents
- Identifying gaps in our evidence base to inform strategic thinking
- Incorporating external innovation and best practice
- Helping to ensure the Peabody is focused on outcomes
- Supporting / advising key stakeholders in the business to develop effective and evidence based sub-strategies that align to group strategy
- Creating and maintaining a tool kit and guidance for strategy development to ensure consistency and ease of application across the organisation
This role will require a minimum of two days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office.
