“Find your role”
As a Strategy and Transformation Manager your role is to act an internal consultant within Asda to deliver the programmes that will drive Transformation and deliver transformation solutions worth tens of millions of pounds.
You will:
-Support the delivery of transformation projects as a functionally agnostic champion for customers, colleagues, the business, and the planet.
-Identify organisational performance drivers and collaborate with the wider business to put them in place (e.g., effective KPIs).
-Identify opportunities and root causes to solve problems, scope the solutions and understand the route to deliver results.
-Facilitate experts and end users to design effective solutions.
-Problem solve, trial, and stress test changes to ensure they are right for the business, colleagues, customers and communities.
-Remain focussed on the end users and business as usual (BAU), ensuring changes are designed for adoption to deliver measurable results.
-See the programme through to the bottom line, supporting the adoption of new operating procedures and transition into business as usual (BAU).

-You will have some experience of delivering complex or multi-functional transformational programmes.
-You will need the ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines.

-You will have strong interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels in the business and align them to delivering solutions.
-You will be able to listen, persuade and collaborate across various functions and will be able to clearly and succinctly articulate key messages.
-You'll use your ability to engage and influence to ask difficult questions and gain clear answers.
-You will be focussed on more than tracking and reporting on project delivery - you will have experience of being an integral part of the delivery itself whether this is from a business change, strategy or transformation role within a fast paced, retail focussed business or within a retail facing consultancy. 
-You will have the ability to deliver solutions that have technical and human impact.
