Student Recruitment And Marketing Officer (Faculty Hub)

We are looking for a creative, collaborative marketer who will play a key role in raising the profile of the University of Sheffield and influencing the decisions of prospective students. In this exciting, new role, the post-holder will work with colleagues to employ a wide range of marketing tactics and deliver impactful and innovative Student Recruitment campaigns. They will be based in a new Faculty Hub, and act as a key link between the academic departments in their area and the Shared Service that informs and delivers the University's Student Recruitment strategy. The role will have a focus on specific subject areas, to support individual academic departments in achieving the University of Sheffield's overarching Student Recruitment strategy. You will develop close, productive working relationships with academic staff in your subject area, and the Student Recruitment, marketing and events specialists in both your Faculty Hub and the Shared Service as a whole. You will need great communication skills, experience in creative marketing campaigns and content, and a passion for higher education.
