Are you passionate about student wellbeing and supporting young adults?
The Student Support and Welfare Team is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team within the Student and Academics Services Directorate at Brunel University London.
In this dynamic role, you'll be a champion for student success, health and wellbeing!
You'll provide information, advice, and guidance on a wide range of issues faced by university students. This includes:
Providing advice on a variety of student issues, from mental health and learning differences to financial difficulties and medical conditions.
Case managing support by connecting students with the most relevant services within the university and externally, and ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Championing student wellbeing by developing and delivering initiatives and resources that promote robust student health.
Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals and University Colleagues to provide a unified support network for students.
Staying up-to-date on all available university resources and procedures to ensure you can offer the most informed guidance to staff and students.
