We’re working with a hugely exciting agency on an upward curve looking for a Studio Manager to join their team.

The Role
The role will manage the operations of the studio, ensuring all work is produced to high standards for the required deadline. You’ll manage the day-to-day studio operations and resourcing on projects, managing a number of permanent studio staff as well as managing relationships with many specialist freelancers that they utilise. You’ll be responsible for quality control on all deliverables, as well as interpreting and challenging client briefs to provide the best solutions and costings.
You
You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of studio management within an agency environment, with strong organisational skills. You’ll have a natural eye for design across all mediums, knowing what good looks like. A big people person and relationship builder, able to get the best out of your relationship with staff, contractors and suppliers. You should have line management experience, as well as strong time and project management skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.
