Our client, a successful creative events studio are looking for an outstanding and experienced Studio Manager / PA to join the dynamic team on a 12 month FTC covering maternity (with a view to extend for the right candidate).
Dreaming big and boasting a lovely roster of clients, the team create exciting brand experiences from pop-ups and dinners to launches of brands.
The successful Studio Manager / PA will need to be meticulous, committed and importantly have a great fun attitude as you will be the cornerstone for a growing team. This is a very visible role across the business as you will be supporting the company founder on many day-to-day tasks and act as ambassador for organisational culture and values.

Key responsibilities include:
Seamless PA support:
- Provide a first-class level of organisational and administrative support to founder, including forward planning workload, diary management and co-ordinating and collating all relevant paperwork
- Respond to enquiries and requests received and taking an active approach in finding an outcome to queries
- Assist with weekly social media and marketing tasks
Culture Champion
- Being an excellent culture champion; build upon the existing culture and good vibes of the agency
- Implement incentives, initiatives and company led activities for the team
- Co-ordinate team away days / Christmas parties / staff entertainment / rewards / birthdays / fitness classes
- Co-ordinate monthly award for our top performer
- Always look for ways to make everyone’s life more enjoyable at work!
Studio Operations (including HR / talent support)
- Coordinate recruitment processes (developing job descriptions / relationships with recruitment companies and websites
- Managing production kits/tools/uniforms and making sure everyone has what they require to do the best
- Research and co-ordinate charities to partner with
- Hunting down networking opportunities as well as hosting own events to meet great potential teammates
- Manage onboarding and off boarding for staters and leavers
- Maintain HR records and policies
- Keep and update team IT information (laptop information/Dropbox/team passwords)
- Set up of new laptops for new starters
Finance
- Manage office budget and invoices
- Assist with financial admin tasks
- Maintain orderly inboxes
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a Studio Manager or PA/EA role
- Experience working with finances and managing a budget
- Brilliant at rallying a team and bring people together
- Friendly, confident and positive attitude is a must
