Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain Team Leader in maintaining a cost-effective and efficient Supply Chain. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring supplier on-time delivery, stock availability, and product quality remain at the forefront of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supply Chain Team Leader in planning and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet demand requirements.
- Uphold strict quality standards throughout the Supply Chain process.
- Utilise your excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Harness your proficiency in Excel to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of Supply Chain Administration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Supply Chain Administration is essential.
- Proven track record in planning and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Location: Banbury Salary: £27,000 per annum
