A very exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator has come up to join a fantastic company based in Camberley on a part-time basis. The purpose of this position is to support the Manager with any Supply Chain tasks that arise within the business.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be:
Tracking and maintaining logistics costs
Download weekly sell out data
Control deliveries on a daily basis
Be responsible for inbound containers, liaising between freight forwarder and the warehouse
Maintain the purchase order log and delivery schedule
Raise and maintain purchase orders on SAP
Upload of inbound shipping documentation regularly
Track the containers that come into the warehouse
Report forecast accuracy
Support the Supply Chain Manager on a daily basis
Monitor and check supplier invoices
Deal with ad-hoc reporting as required
To be considered for the Supply Chain Coordinator position you will:
Ideally have previous Supply Chain or Logistics experience
Have experience in dealing with suppliers
Be IT literate and have excellent Excel skills
Have the ability to work well with data
Be organised and have great communication skills both verbal and written
Have a degree background if you do not have Supply Chain or logistics experience
