Their global presence requires a talented and experienced Programme Manager to oversee the Supply Chain division. They're looking for someone to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Supply Chain operations.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Manage Purchase Price Varients.
* Monitor Logistics costs within budget.
* Ensure on-time global supply of product.
* Achieve on-time and on-budget delivery of new projects.
* Maintain Demand File Accuracy.
* Optimise the use of company ERP systems.
Key Accountabilities:
* Implement Supply Chain and logistic strategies to mitigate risks and enhance tendering processes.
* Lead changes in demand discovered during global meetings.
* Analyse Supply Chain and business system data, providing innovative solutions.
* Forecast product demand, identify and minimise risks.
* Manage global inventory, packing, and distribution of laminate.
* Provide leadership to the label and laminate Supply Chain team.
* Increase value within the Supply Chain by reducing waste and improving processes.
* Manage supplier performance through reviews, communications, and audits.
* Enforce the company Defective Material/Improvement system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Delivery Project team for end-to-end delivery.
* Audit new suppliers for quality and financial risk.
* Tender and manage logistics providers for optimal service at reasonable cost.
* Implement inventory management strategies in collaboration with the Supply Chain manager.
* Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).
* Conduct annual cost-out and tendering process.
* Ensure integrity of ERP System Item Master.
* Optimise inventory levels globally for effective label supply.
Person Specification:
Essential:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
* Continuous Improvement qualification
* IOSH Managing Safety
* In-depth knowledge of ERP systems
* Four years of experience in Supply Chain management
* Strategic planning, systems analysis, and evaluation skills
