Job Description
- Lead and manage projects within the Supply Chain and logistics department
- Ensure 'best in class' demand and supply planning.
- Collaborate with different departments to achieve company objectives
- Oversee the Supply Chain process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement strategies for Supply Chain management
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Leader should have:
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management within the life science industry
- Experience leading the S&OP process.
- Excellent knowedge of and Supply Chain processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and strategy development
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to achieve objectives
