Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We are currently recruiting for Female Support Workers for positions at our service in Thurso. You must be flexible to cover various shifts across the service including sleepovers. We’re looking for candidates who are kind, dedicated and have a passion for people.

Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need. However a UK drivers license is essential for this role.

You will be joining an award-winning charity. You will use the best of your personality and skills every day. This is an exciting role, where you can change lives for the better and enjoy brilliant experiences.
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
