We are looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants in Widnes who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in his home.

Meet our service user

Our service user is a gentleman in his 30s who lives in Widnes. He requires support throughout the day and night on a 2:1 basis.

He enjoys going out into the community with his care team and when at home he loves to watch his different boxsets and Netflix shows.

Throughout the day you will be required to assist him to enjoy his hobbies, interests and accessing his social activities, as well as meeting his clinical care needs, and supporting with his personal care and moving and handling requirements.

Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care needs, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical needs when required. You will provide a calming environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

Essential Experience Required

• 3 months of previous care experience
• Personal Care experience
• Medication Administration

Desired Experience

• Valid Driving Licence
• Quadriplegic Awareness

We have the following shifts available;

• Part Time
• Days – 8am-8pm
• Nights - 8pm-8am
• 2 Shifts Per Week

Weekdays : £13.00 per hour (£156 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Weeknights : £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Weekends : £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Bank Holiday : £16.50 per hour (£198 approx. per 12 hour shift)
